The focus is how can I get her attracted to me? How do I create tension and build value? Here are some ways.
1. Humor: playful, cocky, flirtatious humor. Callback humor.
2. Display of Higher Value - Leading the conversation. Social Proof. Tolerance to social pressure.
3. Open loops - Start a thread and be wilting to cut it off for something else, and then come back to it later. DON'T BE SO STUCK ON AN OPENER OR STORY THAT YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO FINISH IT. Flexibility is key with communication.
a. Example: "You know 1 was just going to the grocery store today and I saw this old man ... you know what's funny about that town is that it's all these old buildings.. . "
4. Interactive value demonstrations: You show higher value by teaching a girl something, and you show her how what you are teaching applies to her (Eliciting Value Routine, Name Memorization).
5. Role-plays: A low-risk way of acting out a fun scenario.
a. FORMULA: You frame a scenario, possibly. Chose an attitude attribute, then something in pop culture that you relate that attitude to. Then, roleplay the two of you doing that popular thing.
b. Examples:
i. "You know what ... I've had it. You keep ball busting me. You and me, outside right now!"
ii. Bodyguards: 'You look tough ... I'm going to make you my bodyguard. You're going to protect me ... I'm going to pay you really well too.. . actually, know what? I'll keep the money and pay you in Hershey kisses."
vi. Future Adventure Projection: You talk about adventurous things you can do in the future because it's a lot more fun than standard boring conversational topics.
a. Example: "Are you spontaneous? We're going to hop on an airplane. Have you been skydiving? I'll get us matching backpacks. They can be pink. it's ok. I'd shove you out the airplane because you'd be too scared. But I'd have to pull your cord for you. Then, we'd be over a church. Then, we'd fall down arm and arm through the roof. Then your parachute is going to catch you and be your veil (get her arm on you). Then we'll get divorced and I'll take all your money."
6. Teases, busting on their mannerisms: People laugh when you show them something they didn't know about them that is funny; therefore, you tease her on anything she does with her body, including gestures, facial expressions, posture, movements.
a. "Don't look at me like that ... my mother looks at me like that."
b. "You have this good girl face, but every now and then you squint and make this bad girl face like this.. . "
c. "Oh my god! What was that look?"
